Abstract:

This article presents an econometric analysis of panel data on the location factors of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Tunisian industry over the period 2010-2020. Results show that it is the closest countries, especially those belonging to the European Union (EU) that choose to invest in Tunisian industry by taking advantage of labor availability as well as the differences in factor endowments between the host country (Tunisia) and the country of origin of FDI.
