Abstract:

The article aims to provide objective and scientifically relevant knowledge on the impact of acquisitions on human capital and organizational performance. The theoretical background covers the relationship between human capital and organizational performance, as well as the various organizational and contextual factors that may influence this relationship. To achieve the research objectives and test the hypotheses, the study used qualitative and quantitative research methods. These methods have enabled us to examine the relationship between observed variables, test research hypotheses, and provide an alternative interpretation of the relationship between variables. Overall, the study provides important insights into the impact of acquisitions on human capital and organizational performance. The findings can be used by organizations to better understand the potential benefits and risks of acquisitions and to develop effective strategies for managing the human capital and knowledge of the acquired company.
